Multiple snapshot images in email

I have 2 IP2M-841 cameras. They have the latest firmware 2.520.AC00.18.R, Build Date: 2017-06-29. Under Event -> Video Detction I have:

Enable: Checked
Schedule: Active every day, all day long
Anti-dither: 5
Detection Area: the entire area
Record: checked
Record Delay: 10
Relay Out: unchecked
Send Email: Checked
PTZ: unchecked
Snapshot: Checked and "3" is selected

The SMTP setting is correct and is using smtp.live.com, TLS, port 487 and all test emails work well.

However I still only get 1 email attached per event. If an event happens at 11:55:05 I get this saved to the SD card

Video starting at 11:55:00 and ending about 11:55:20
3 snapshots taken at 11:55:05, 11:55:06, 11:55:07

Then an email is sent with only the 11:55:05 picture attached. So my questions are

1) is there any way to make it attach more than 1 email? I was told this latest firmware did this, and it obviously is saving 3 pictures, but it isn't attaching them to the email.
2) is there any way to adjust the time between the 3 images saved? Like 2 seconds or 3 seconds instead of just 1?

Hello lemmy999 ,

Under set up > Network > SMTP (Email) , set the interval to '1' oe '0'. This should send three images per email.

I have this same problem and tried the setting Melvin suggested but it's still only sending one motion detection snapshot with the email. Anything I'm doing wrong here? I have an IP4M-1026.
