Disappointed!!!

Bought the AMCREST 1080P WiFI indoor and can't setup the camera. It does not work on WIFI ou cable eternet. So upset. Will send back to AMAZON and never recommend products from this company again. Trying desperately to talk with somebody on technical support but nobody answer. Almost 30 minutes waiting of hold. RIDICULOUS!

Well, I don't think this products are bad in any way, but really you could improve customer support

Forums are full of , and looking at this complaint it took 2 days to reply, not looking good for company image sorry

Hopefully you guys can learn from https://odealo.com/games/path-of-exile they provide the best service, I can buy cheap poe orbs and currency there, while they power leveling is also an option I have never really done that, I prefer to play the game myself just with better and cheaper items:)

It seems like the support on the forum come from other users. Official responses are unhelpful and often blame the user. For example, my wifi camera has worked fine for the last two days. Suddenly, it stopped working. I can still remote into it to change settings, but the video simply stopped streaming. Browsing the forum, the response from Amcrest seems to be about checking for Wifi interference. There is absolutely no accountability on Amcrest's part.

Hello traxem ,

Are you facing the issue from a computer or smartphone? Have you tried rebooting the camera?

Also, under the video config set up, click on the default settings and see if that helps.
