Need pc and android app for Foscam and Amcrest

I am interest in migrating my cameras to Amcrest. I am running Blue Iris ver4. Is there another package I can use that is a little less resource hungry. I also need a suggestion on a good mobile app to run both Foscam and Amcrest. I have heard the Blue Iris mobile app is a disaster. Thanks for your help.
