If I remember right there was a specific setting fix for the snapshot delay issue on the HDVCI camera systems posted to this forum a while back. Had it bookmarked but lost the bookmark some time ago. The problem is the snapshot that is taken and sent via email is delayed and doesn't capture the event (or person in the event).
Currently the Camera > Encode > Snapshot > Mode is set to Trigger. The current values for the camera under Snapshot are:
Mode : Trigger
Image Size: CIF (352*240)
Quality: 4
Snapshot Frequency: 1 SPL
DVR firmware: 3.200.AC04.5, Build Date: 2015-12-17
