Amcrest Survelleillance Pro only playsback video using Amcrest Smart Play

Amcrest Survelleillance Pro only playsback video using Amcrest Smart Play. Everything else is working but shouldn't I be able to playback using just the right click playback from the Amcrest Survelleillance Pro. Instead I have to go to the backup folder and play from there with Smart Play. This also means that I have to stop the recording to do so.
