Firefox 52.0

Postby summermug20 » Wed Mar 08, 2017 10:41 am

Firefox 52.0 does not work with the plug-in. I spoke with tech support and they are aware of the problem.

ETA of a fix date is open.

IE ver. 11 still works.

Go to ... /ta-p/1564 and install older version Firefox 49.0.2. Do a Custom install and uncheck "Maintenance" and should work fine. :D

Thanks for the heads up. I have Firefox 51 on one computer and it works fine. Have Firefox 52 on the other and could not get it to work with the plugin. Was pulling my hair out. Will wait for fix now.

Hello summermug20,

Please delete the plugin form the system and re install it. Also try clearing the browser cache. Please give us a call if possible so that we can take a look at the issue you are facing.
