Can't Install Surveillance Pro Due to Truncated Dialogue Box

I am trying to install Surveillance Pro software download on my second WIN10 laptop. It works great on my 1st laptop which is also a WIN10 but is more powerful. I installed successfully several weeks ago.

When I downloaded to laptop WIN10 said that its signature was corrupt. I ran it through VirusTotal and it passed unanimously. When I start it up, the Install Wizard dialogue box is truncated. No buttons show up at the bottom. I can't navigate to the bottom past a certain point (see attached screenshot).

What do I do?

Please try the below keyboard shortcuts.

Open it, press enter, press tab 5 times then press left arrow, press enter, press enter and that should install it.
