Amcrest support doesn't reply my email.

Hi, I have a trouble with amcrest IP2M-841B.
I sent email and got request number 98335.
Sending and receiving some emails with support @amcrest.com, Amcrest said mine is damaged and get replacement.

And I have some issues about that, I sent reply last wednesday- Nov 23 2016.
But I didn't receive any reply.

I understood BF is very busy.
But for 1 whole week, I didn't any response.

I am very disappointed.

I got email last week from Amcrest.
I sent reply and I got one more email.

BUT

On last thursday,I sent my info again and asked Amcrest RMA address to send damaged product .

Friday, no reply.
Weekend, yeah I understood.
Monday, NO Reply!?

I can't believe Amcrest.
I never recommend Amcrest to my friends

Same issue here. Waiting WEEKS to try and get replacement parts.

Why Does NOT Amcrest Answer my Questions?

I ask

1. RMA Turnaround for International
2. Sending CAM only or with Whole accessory?
3. Your address for RMA sending

What do you think about, Melvin?
