Bitrate Recommendation Chart

I am looking for a reference chart for Amcrest cameras for recommended bitrate. I have several Amcrest cameras, including (2) 3 MP, (1) 4 MP and (1) 4K camera that I run in CBR. I can't find any recommendations for the recommended bitrate for Amcrest like other manufactures release.

I think they are all very similar.
Since I'm using H.264, I came across this Hikvision bulletin as a reference.

Interestingly enough, I had them setup that way before I ever saw their chart.
