Windows is not responding

My laptop was getting slow day by day and I was thinking to format it. But before that now it is that the Windows is not responding. It is the
Error Code 0X80071A90 that is making this happen?

That can be everything from failing hardware to malware.
A good way to solve it is to go back to factory conditions as the maker prescribed. You probably lose all data you forgot to backup, but that's the risk of not backing up.
