I apologize for the delay. Which app are you referring to? I know that the IP Config tool and Smart Play both work on Windows 10.

I recently upgraded to windows 10 and down loaded the software it says I need to get video on the camera application but it doesn't work.. I cannot get a video presentation on the screen.. fortunately I have other software that will display video so it lets me set it up..It's really a pain..

for camera ProShot is the Windows 10 application for me. I have seen ProShot form throughout the years into an exceptionally competent, highlight rich camera application.
a few highlights I discovered :
1 Auto, Program, Manual and two Custom Modes
2 Manual, Semi-Manual and Automatic controls 3 over introduction, streak, center, ISO, shade speed and white parity
4 Exposure remuneration (+3 to - 3)

It works on windows 10 browser you need to search the task bar for "Internet Explorer" not EDGE browser which has the same IE icon. They are two different windows browsers.

I have faced the same issue on my new HP Spectre x360 laptop with windows 10 OS windows app not support on it, I was thought that it may be the device error that is why I contacted hp Canada but they told me that there is no issue in the laptop.
