UltraHD Not Recording

I have an SD card in my UltraHD. I've formatted and sync'd the date and time but it is not recording to my device. I've had to rely on Amcrest Cloud. Any help?

Might be that the SD card size is not supported.

Is the card showing up Storage > Destination > SD Card (tab) ?

If not card might be bad, wrong format or too big.

Of course this is all assuming that you configured the camera to record to SD.

Found out that my sd card became corrupted after inserting it into my phone. Replaced it with a new one and it's all good now.
