Live View Connection Timed Out

Live View Connection Timed Out

For the past few days, when I tried Live View on the Amcrest Cloud app, it doesn't work. I get an error saying "Connection timed out". But if I use the Amcrest Pro app, Live View works fine. Nothing changed on my end.
