IP2M-841 push notificantion but unable to conect

IP2M-841 push notificantion but unable to conect

as of this morning , i 've got a new issue not seen before in that i am receiving push notifications of motion events being triggered, but when i try to access the camera via the IOS app i receive the message "failed to connect" in the blue bar below the video screen.

how can i be receiving push notifications but at the same time be unable to connect to the camera?

any solutions?

HI .. I also started Having this issue Today. I can Log into my Cameras from my PC, But NOT for ANY of the APPs. :?: :cry:

Hello,
Please try force quitting the app from the phones memory and try again to see if that makes a difference. If that does not work, please try removing the camera from the app and re adding it.

THANKS Melvin .. I Forced closed the APP and It seem to have worked for me. GREAT tip .. AND a Great Job !! :D :)
