Dead IP3M-HX2 with blown capacitor. Possible to fix?

My IP3M-HX2 died a few weeks after the 1 year warranty expired. So Amcrest wouldn't replace or fix it.
I opened the camera and noticed that there is a blown capacitor (I think) on the sensor board, which causes a short circuit.
Is it possible to get a replacement board? Or even better, a diagram or values of the electronic parts so I could replace the capacitor?
