Cannot connect with Wifi, only with mobile phone?

I have an Amcrest HD camera 720p. Using Amcrest View Pro I can no longer connect to the camera using Wifi, it will only connect using my Mobile Phone connection. This has just started happening in the past week or so, I keep getting a "failed to connect" message whenever I try to connect to the camera via WiFi.
