Bullet camera IP2M-842 POE Hard reset

Does anyone know how to hard reset the POE version of the IP2M-842 bullet camera?

The only instructions I found relate to the WiFi version and they reference a green and white exposed cables that need to be touched for 5 seconds. My camera does not have those green and white cables. The support team referred me to the same instruction page even though I told them I do not have the green and white cables.

Any help is welcome.

Hello,

You need to open the front cover of the camera with the IR LED board and inside of the main board, on the top left, you can find two brass ports as seen in the image attached. Take a wire and join the two brass ports together for 30 seconds. This will reset the camera.
