Is it possible to set up 2 NVR's at one location? Will I be able to view them each remotely on my smartphones and pc's If so, how would I go about installing them and setting them up if they are using the same physical IP address?

You can have two NVR at same network the local IP address and port numbers of NVR's should be different when you are adding it for remote view through IP or domain you can use public IP and the respective port number of the NVR.
