Smart Home Android App won't launch Doorbell Answer. The app was installed on an android device allowing all of the required permissions (audio, video, notifications, etc). However, when the doorbell is pressed (either AD410 or AD110), a “Someone is at Doorbell” notification is sent to the Smart Home App device, tapping the notification does not open the call screen (as defined in Amcrest materials or as in the iOS app). In fact, it takes you to the last event (not even the current event) which could be days old.

Is there a Bug? Is something not setup correct?

Bump I am having the exact same problem on an android pixel8. The initial setup the incoming call notification works, then it stops working after than. I get teh notification but no prompt to answer the call.

I actually am in contact with Tech support, they requested some video of the issue. They submitted the issue to the development team, hopefully there will be a response soon.
