Re: Amcrest 12V 2A power adapter
Thanks for the Heads up. While I understand you were asking about the 2a power adapter, I wasn't aware of what you were trying to power as that wasn't in your question. While I said I don't work for Amcrest and without full info what someone is working with one can only make guesses. Just trying to ...

Hello BigMike and welcome to the Forum. So while this OP post is older it might be that your problem is different then theirs. Might have wanted to start a new thread... Changing down to a 720P setting sounds like your Camera is a 1080P camera. First thing I would look into is see if you signed up f...

Re: Amcrest 12V 2A power adapter
Well I thought I already posted to your First Question... While I don't work at Amcrest my thoughts are just mine. I have been with CCTV for many many years. When I got my first camera with a POWER supply I was like wow this is something new.. Before none of my cameras besides some very Spendy ones ...

Re: Wrong timestamps of recorded videos 01-01
Hello sorry to hear the issue is constant. While I am not sure what the problem is and seeing it changes the date back to a date before the camera was even built seems really strange. Crazy thing is I had a camera from another company a very costly PTZ 37x that would set the time to some crazy time....

Re: NVR NV4108E set up
It is very hard to say what the problem is. I know that setup of IP Cameras at times can seem hard. One of the Reasons I prefer DVRs to be honest. While I understand you already had Ip cameras so understand the NVR buy... So my questions are only related to trying to understand what you have to try ...

Re: Unable to connect to IP2M-841B with "Failed to connect"
While it is hard to say what the problem is with your connection. I know it just don't sound right but when I have an issue I reset my Router and able to connect again. While I can't say that your issue and mine are related. I just think that is an option that should be done before removing camera a...
