Hi eclipse, If camera P2P is offline it wont connect from WAN, You better use IP domain/DDNS method to access the camera. Hi mheard,
Change the NVR IP address, recommended not to use NVR default IP make it near the camera IP range and try to add cameras manually.

If your camera is working on HTTP , Try updating it to HTTPS thats more secured.
