Hi mupimohan,
If you are using any IR lights behind window or glass you will face glare issue, you can try using IR illumination outside window make sure to IR wave length is 850nm with amcrest cameras.

Hi hennesseystealth,

Make sure you are using SD card above class6 and try formatting it from computer in FAT32 before inserting it to camera. Properly insert into camera and do manual reboot that should fix it if everything is good.

Hi RamonaRoy,

If you just want live streaming to your phone no need of any hosting service , You need to have good internet connection to connect the cameras and amcrest has its own application for mobile devices to access the cameras locally as well as from remote location.
