Re: Can Amcrest cameras connect to Enterprise networks?
What camera is it? Is this a server based network i.e. domain controller/s ? In order to connect to the network do devices need to be authenticated/authorised based on their MAC ? Just trying to understand the topology of the network.

Re: Newbie Here: Set up questions
Hello and welcome to the forum. The first question that comes to my mind is, what are the serial numbers of the devices that are being discovered? Is one repeated perhaps. If you have set up a camera initially on an ethernet connection and then changed to wi-fi it may be responding simultaneously on...

Re: Using IP2M-841 with OBS
Superfly008 I just googled "RTSP feed to OBS" and came up with loads of information including some YT videos. I've never used OBS so I can't really add anything useful. Like you I've used RTSP feeds to VLC but after experimenting succesfully I didn't take it any further. In VLC it is the ...

@Superfly008 Welcome to the forum.
The post that you quote gives the answer to your question really . The RTSP feed from the camera is what was used. The Wiki at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Real_Time ... g_Protocol tells you more.

Mea culpa. It didn't occur to me that you were accessing the camera webUI from a remote LAN.

Re: How to Disable PC Sync?!?
Hello and welcome to the forum. As a first step, I would suggest checking through the system/general/date&time settings in your camera. For my location the GMT +00:00 is the correct one and that is what I have set. I have both options "Enable DST" and " Sync with NTP server" ...

Re: IP3M-941 Stuttering
I have run my 941 cameras on several different versions of firmware and have given up trying to save/record to anything other than the SD card. Is that how you have your cameras set up?

Re: SpaceX Starlink - Camera not found
Hello and welcome to the forum. If you google "cgnat for ip cameras" you will find lots of information. It boils down to the fact that you no longer have a unique IP address on the internet. Your connection is handled by Starlinks NAT (network address translation). Have you connected/setup...

Re: IP3M-941B how to ensure 5ghz wifi?
I'm not familiar with Ubiquiti equipment but since you say you have both bands on the same SSID, it implies that the system, like mine is capable of running 2.4GHz and 5GHz traffic on separate SSID's. I don't think that there is any other way that you can achieve what you want to do. It's how I've g...

Re: Surveillance Pro on iPad
The short answer is no it can't . You need to stick with Amcrest View Pro for your iPad and connect to your camera/s via the P2P method.
