Re: Armcrest Surveillance Pro eventually slows down my computer
Well you might try SmartPSS from Dahua and see if that cures any issues your having with ASP.. Others talk about some other programs they use however I personally don't like the idea of using 3rd party software because they would have the Password to my device so that it is up to the end user.. Smar...

Re: Armcrest Surveillance Pro eventually slows down my computer
Hello and Welcome to the Forum..
Sadly said for many years that I don't like ASP and this is why.. However to be fair it isn't ASP as a whole.. Don't Leave up Live View when playing games only use ASP when you want to watch your system and let PC-NVR do it's recording as it does in the Background..

Re: Live audio more amplified then recorded?
You might want to look at the Sub feed audio or even the main feed audio and make sure they are being Encoded at the same Bit rate and quality sadly at times it might be setup for lower quality and this might change the ability for clear audio over the other.. Also it might have something to do with...

Re: Motion Detection / Camera Masking?
Well that would be little hard for most of any of the Amcrest devices with 2019 or 2020 FW on them seeing they require a internet access for playback even within your local network connection.. (Meaning even if your setup with IP and not P2P local at Site) that camera that is connected to network wo...

Re: Motion Detection / Camera Masking?
Well then that is just it.. Sadly Camera placement is the best way to make good Motion Detection setup.. So while I did show you some of the Motion alerts that do happen what I didn't show you is the ones that don't happen because it is on an area well away from random issues that would cause motion...

Re: Amcrest Doorbell
Sorry to hear that.. I am going to guess that you have Reset it.. Did you Reset it more then Once? I mean I have had issues at times with my Doorbell and I needed to Reset it 2 times for it to work out.. Something I would Try... Remove from all Recorders and leave on Smart Home App only... Reset Cam...

Re: Amcrest View Pro Issues
It is only a guess but may want to look over how your connecting to the Cameras and make some adjustments if needed... 1 Some people choose to setup the camera or DVR/NVR using an IP address rather then using the P2P setup that uses the cameras or DVR/NVR's Serial Number.. So if your method is by IP...
