Sadly said for many years that I don't like ASP and this is why.. However to be fair it isn't ASP as a whole.. Don't Leave up Live View when playing games only use ASP when you want to watch your system and let PC-NVR do it's recording as it does in the Background..

Sorry to hear that.. I am going to guess that you have Reset it.. Did you Reset it more then Once? I mean I have had issues at times with my Doorbell and I needed to Reset it 2 times for it to work out.. Something I would Try... Remove from all Recorders and leave on Smart Home App only... It is only a guess but may want to look over how your connecting to the Cameras and make some adjustments if needed... 1 Some people choose to setup the camera or DVR/NVR using an IP address rather then using the P2P setup that uses the cameras or DVR/NVR's Serial Number..
