Re: Amcrest NV2116-HS Recorder Has Recording Gaps on Motion Events
Also another thing I didn't mention as well. VBR isn't that great of a setting for good Security Setup while it can work there just to much that could happen and not get recorded right for me anyway.. I keep mine on CBR and the cameras that come with VBR as default I change them all to CBR.. Also so...

However while it is a pain it is a Safety in place from keeping a system signed in while the Owner is away from the system after a set time tha...

Re: Amcrest NV2116-HS Recorder Has Recording Gaps on Motion Events
Under your Storage Schedule what do you have your Pre-Record time set to? Also your Post Record is only setup for 10 seconds.. I would up that to 45 to 60 seconds personally Also why are you recording at 10 fps, and such a low Bit Rate? In this motion Critical moment I would have a 4mp camera setup ...

Re: Power extension cable for WCAM895
Sadly I am not sure what size it uses outside of the 9v 800ma that it requires to work (One of the reasons it isn't 2.1mm).. Also note that the monitor for the camera is only 5v 2amp or a 3.7 Lipo battery..

Re: NVR 4108E HS Stream Recording
Auto is setup for your Scheduled times when your Recorder turns on it will start recording as you have setup it to record.. Then in the Settings of a Camera one can pick the type of Stream it is recorded on and or in an event that is setup. However if it is setup to Auto it will Record both stream f...
