Re: External lighting for camera inside window.

Re: GMail setup - test email fails

If you call technical on this they direct you to try Yahoo, which also does not work with Amcrest anymore. I'm getting about 40 emails per day from my cameras using Yahoo. When did it quit working? Re: Amcrest Doorbell

Re: NVR Can't Find Wifi Cameras

Geronimo, One thing you might check out since you don't have a problem with NVR turned off: In a recent post of yours, it sounded like you have powerline adapters between your NVR and router. Perhaps you may be having some intermittent problems with your NVR-Router connection that cause the camera ...

Forum not working right for me

Whenever I try to post a reply to a thread, it never goes through the first time. When I hit "submit", it takes me back to the previous page. Then, I can hit the "back" button and do the "submit" again and the post gets submitted. What's going on? I'm using Win7 and Fir...

Re: NVR Can't Find Wifi Cameras

I have no idea what the specs of the router are, nor what would be good or bad specs. It is an Asus TM-AC1900.

Re: NVR Can't Find Wifi Cameras

I have five cameras recording 24/7 to their sd card. I also have an NVR set up to record motion events and live view. I have to power cycle my router every two days because the cameras lose connection. If I leave the NVR off, the cameras stay connected continuously. I'm not camera or network savvy e...

Re: NV4116E-HS and WiiFi

I was looking at the Amcrest NV4116E-HS NVR for a home security system, but I had a question or two. 1. The specs say that a hardwired connection to the modem is required. Since my modem is on the other side of the home from where the NVR would be, this is a problem. Are there any ways to connect t...
