Amcrest Surveillance Pro (ASP) is about the same as SmartPSS.
You could try these SmartPSS instructions on ASP to see if they will work for you. I have not used the instructions.

A new IOS view pro version became available four hours ago that fixes push notifications, at least for me.

On my devices, Android AVP push notifications do work and IOS push notifications do not work.

In ASP, when you are viewing camera LiveView or Playback, did you right click the image and click Start Audio?  And turn up PC volume if necessary.

UPDATE: In my last post, I should have also said to set Configuration day mode to color and night mode to B/W, and set day and night IR to OFF before enabling Day/Night in Profile Management.

Have you ever done this?
Change all settings for day and night profiles to whatever you want.  Save.
Then enable Day/Night in Profile Management.  Save.

That should work for your camera.

OK, try these instructions Do not click enable first.
Amcrest support should be helping you with an $800 camera.

I suggest you stop your recording for a short time, and go to camera Web UI
storage/destination/SD Card, and click Format.
Then resume recording and try ASP playback again.

I'm not sure what you are doing with manual or auto tracking, but you may be in the wrong place to control the tracking area. I don't have your camera, but from my quick look at your camera User Manual, you should check out pages 15-16 and pages 53-54.  Or do a document search on "track". ...
