Re: chime kit wiring
Na it should be ok.. As long as things are working you should be ok.. So is the hum in the Transformer or the Doorbell? Some doorbells have a issue even with the Chime Kit installed because they are such low current to make them work normally that the little bit of Current that is going though when ...

Re: chime kit wiring
So I am not sure what your talking about.. Chime Kit while connected to a Doorbell camera First to be Clear! Your Transformer is a 18vac 27va? so a 27Watt Transformer? (Translates into 1.5 amps) However if it is 27vac as you said that it over the power rating for the Chime KIT and I am sure the came...

Re: Camera loses settings every few days
Loss of Power if the Memory Backup battery is dead it might revert back to what ever it was coded to when the memory state was last wrote to... While I can't say that it will cure the issue however it might if you did a Camera Reset... This might then Write new info into the saved memory side after ...

Re: External Hard Drive
Sadly if your DVR/NVR didn't come with a e-Sata port that some of the older machines had then no the Hardware isn't designed to write to the USB outside of normal back up that you would have to search form your local NVR drive to make a back up of... l

Re: chime kit wiring
Wallace4793 Sadly I can't say I know enough about the Type of doorbell that was posted in this write up.. What I can tell you is that in my time dealing with these doorbells I have broke a few Chime kits myself on accident looking at the manual and installing the camera on a 24vac transformer 7 I ha...

Re: Install ASP and PC-NVR on Different Computers?
Glad it is working.. Guess the PC-NVR was either not turned off or it don't need to have the software to have it active on a different system.. Either way ASP on one computer or not isn't going to matter on the computer that it isn't running on.. It don't take Resources until the program is Run.. So...

Re: IP4M-1051 - ONVIF Mainstream and Substream are the same.
Sadly I can't say about everyone else and the 1051.. However looking at my 1051 in side of ASP and going to Encoding my 1051 has different info for Main and Sub and sadly the only Option in H265, H.264h and MJPEG is VGA and that is 640x480 where the other for main I have 6 different things I could p...

Re: Install ASP and PC-NVR on Different Computers?
Hello and Welcome to the Forum.. So the issue is when you turned of the ability to have PC-NVR it will no longer load on that computer... SO uninstall the ASP you have on the second computer, Reinstall the ASP and this time let it install both asp and PC-NVR after you load PC-NVR and then start ASP ...

Re: NV4116E-HS HARD DRIVE Max Capacity
Well it is hard to say at times.. Some times they make a manual that supports more then 1 device and so the max HDD that your seeing might be for a different NVR.. Personally I would expect that 6tb is going to the the one needed. At times they say in the Doc for support that 1 type is good and late...
