In any case, if you get  a warranty replacement and continue doing the same thing,  it will probably lock again in six months and your warranty will have ended.
You probably need to ask them to remove the lock limits on your camera.

Perhaps you could cause a camera push notification and then look in the firewall logs to see what happened.
