In any case, if you get a warranty replacement and continue doing the same thing, it will probably lock again in six months and your warranty will have ended.
You probably need to ask them to remove the lock limits on your camera.

Re: Firewall Ports for Push Notifications
Perhaps you could cause a camera push notification and then look in the firewall logs to see what happened.

Re: PTZ Tour failing now on IP2M-866E as "Status Locked"?
GomezJr You wrote "Touring back and forth between two Presets every 30 secs since Day 1." I think that's the most intensive thing you could do to use up PTZ cycles 24/7, pass the camera limits, and get locked out. Likely 2+ million PTZ cycles in your 159 day period. I suggest you look fo...

Re: Amcrest wifi IP2M-858W issue, Help!
Your camera is definitely not wifi only. I have an IP2M-858. It uses an ethernet cable and NOT wifi. I could use wifi if desired by just changing some camera settings. If your POE injector is a normal one, It's meant to work for POE and data. It's probably a 30W injector since your camera is wor...

Re: Amcrest wifi IP2M-858W issue, Help!
cmartin3977, It sounds like you are just supplying power to your camera using a POE cable from a POE injector, and using wifi for data. If possible, connect an ethernet cable from the input port of the injector to your router to provide a wired data path to your camera. Then you can forget about t...

Re: IP5M-B1186E IR Light Resets to Auto
I assume your well lit area at night is lit using white light and not external IR illuminators. If so try this: Set Profile management to Full Time Day. In Configuration, set Day & Night to Day=Color, Night=Color. Set IR Light to Day=Off, Night=Off. Make sure everything is saved properly. It rea...

Re: Amcrest IP2M-841W_UK camera fault
andyg There was a good detailed post early today by Revo2Maxx about which IP2M-841 later firmware versions he knew of that could display all the symbols in the Web UI. That post was deleted much later in the day somehow. I believe he said the 2020 firmware would work with all the symbols. Since ...

Re: Amcrest IP2M-841W_UK camera fault
Revo2Maxx, I don't have 841, but my Amcrest/Dahua cameras with newer firmware run Web UI with or without plug-in in Edge depending on whether Web UI page is loaded in Internet Explorer mode. Is that not true for 841? andyg, Your 1st snippet says 1280x720 resolution. Why are you not using 1920x1080...
