Re: PC-NVR Error Message > Failed to allocate disk space

rjp1267 - I've just been re-visiting PC-NVR recording myself but not to an external drive. That shouldn't make any difference though as Windows will have allocated a drive letter which it uses. It's best to check how much free space is available before starting and I've only ever allocated less spa...

Re: Surveillance Pro exports black videos...

My suggestion would be to avoid using ASP as an 'intermediary' and use the web interface of your device if you are not using a direct connection.

Re: Cannot pair AD410 succesfully

So have I got this wrong? In the process described by Cr4z33 , when the "next" button is pressed on the phone, should it (the phone) be connected to the home LAN or the doorbell Local Hotspot. If this is not the issue, then the error message that is being displayed seems to be misleading t...

Re: Cannot pair AD410 succesfully

On the Android smartphone launch "Amcrest Smart Home" while being connected to my home WiFi, login and tap on the "+ Add Device" middle button Reading through this thread again, it strikes me that you should not be connected to your LAN at this point and should instead be connec...

Re: Access denied to latest IP2M-841 firmware

I can confirm what @zeb is saying. At first I wondered if it was a Browser issue, I use FF and it causes problems occasionally but I got the same with MS Edge. I have reported the issue.

Re: Amcrest HD410 Flicker

I just watched your video several times and I can't see any flickering. Perhaps the YT video processing has eliminated it or is it just my ageing eyes that aren't picking up on it. Is it over the whole picture or in one particular area?

Re: Does IP2M-841 support auto tracking?

As far as I know, the nearest feature to auto tracking that is supported by this camera is that of pre-defined tours whereby the camera will move through a set of fixed locations and zoom levels. It isn't able to actually following a moving target.

Re: Auto Changing Color and B/W

Hello and welcome to the forum. You don't say what camera you are working with but in my experience, making changes to camera settings from ASP should be avoided (even though it's possible to change some settings) . I have found that it causes unwanted side effects. I believe that the best way to ma...

Re: Version V2.003.0000001.0.R.201130

It sounds to me as if you have got ASP maximized i.e. full screen and window on top. Have you tried sizing the window so it does not quite overlay your taskbar? I just tried it with my taskbar at the top and the ASP window in the 'restored down' state but with the window sized to full screen. It wor...

Re: Amcrest Surveillance Pro 2 Beta V2.003.00AC000.0.R.200426 (Windows Only)

This version is much better than the past but it sucks up all the memory on my machine so I'm constantly rebooting. I can see that a machine with the minimum of memory might struggle but like Revo2Maxx I have 32GB in my PC. It's not something I've considered in the past but just for interest I chec...
