Re: API for subscribing to events not returning anything
My guess is that the info for what your asking for would be best found off the Github post and or from the users there. There are people on there that deal with this kind of stuff much more often then others on the Amcrest Forum. While I am not saying there isn't anyone on the Forum here that wouldn...

Re: Can't View Cameras on Surveillance Pro
Oh 1 last thing, I would change your IP from that IP as it might be fighting other devices... Make it anything but 108 that is within your network range anyway..

Ad410 Device Mismatch just happened anyone else?
So I have had my doorbell on the NVR for some time. Then it went offline I look at the area where it was and it says devices mis match? What? So I thought ok maybe Wifi issue, I test with SH app and I am able to connect so it is working on router ip no issue. So I then look and it is showing that it...

Re: IP2M-853E Loss of Zoom Control
So in this case the best thing to do is connect to your Network Switch or Router ethernet port. Then you will need to connect the camera over the NVRs normal ethernet ip range rather then the Switch Ip range. for instance my main router with all my switches are on 10.0.0.xxx and my IP for my 5232E-1...

Re: Ptz repair not as easy as I thought
Here is an idea, Get some Alcohol and test the voltage input area of the PCB. Once you find what Sizzles report it back Keep in mind that it should be 99% pure Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA). Where there are some that use other keep in mind that not knowing what you are doing can cause more damage then goo...

Re: Very poor colors on ASH-43
So here is something I would try. Adjust the position of the camera down more so it is picking up less of the sky. Also double check the Smart Home app and see if there is something in the settings that is WDR. If it is enabled disable it. Don't use any 3rd party hardware or software to make changes...

Re: Can't View Cameras on Surveillance Pro
I would look at doing a Factory Reset to the NVR. What I do before doing so is take apicture of how you have the NVR setup. Even if you have to do this over the NVRs GUI. I use WebUI most times for tihs. However keep in mind that setup of the NVR would be best on the GUI because the IP of the NVR no...

Re: Can't View Cameras on Surveillance Pro
Ok sorry maybe I didn't understand well enough.. So I understand better, You are able to connect with ASP to the cameras but not able to connect with the NVR? or is it both NVR and cameras that have hard time connecting when you are having connection issues? I mean I did have a 2108E-HS that had eth...

Re: Can't View Cameras on Surveillance Pro
So here are a few things not covered... One check Ethernet cable from computer to router/hub/switch. Replace and insert into a different port on connected device. If you have a managed Switch, I would look at the port data for the computer and see if there is any high number of errors. Outside of th...
