Maybe your device volume is just too weak.  Try turning up the audio setting for your cam in tinycam settings to 1000%.

Sounds like your LTE is too slow.  Maybe your LTE provider is throttling your path for some reason.  Ask them.  If not using it, try using using P2P(serial#) to access your remote NVR.

twl68 An important thing to consider is how stable your camera will be on your 35' pole top.  With winds, you will likely have a shakey image.  And the more you zoom in camera, the worse it gets. I think you could test it from the ground by pointing camera to pole top and viewing with various zooms...

IP5M-T1179E uses same firmware as your camera according to amcrest.com/firmware
My IP5M-1179E works just like yours.  I have never noticed a problem.  I'm using 2021-07-12 firmware.
That's apparently the way it works.  I suggest you find a different camera.

Look at the file sizes of your five pictures.  You did something very different in producing the first two pics.

This should be one way to get alarm red bars.  You need to have an Amcrest camera that has external input/output ports.  Your cameras likely do not.
