If all your cameras are using the default ports then you have cameras set up with the same port. You can't have that. That does not sound right. To connect to a device on the same network you need the IP address and Port. Each of his cameras have different IP Addresses so they can have the same por...

Just a note that the switches mentioned in Erik's post are largely unneeded with recent versions of ffmpeg. In version 3+, it's adequate to simply use: ffmpeg -r framerate -i inputfile .dav outputfile .mp4 Where framerate is whatever your camera is recording at - e.g. 20, 30, etc. Using this method...

I have subscribed to several threads, created a few and responded to a few and have never gotten an email to let me know of an update even though I have that option checked. Can that be fixed?

Success! I added a rule for "FileZilla Server.exe" in the OUTBOUND rules, with no specific port range, and it worked immediately. That's the only thing I had to do. I should note that I'm still very unhappy that the system forces this directory structure vs a unique file name. THANKS. Tha...
