I remote backup my DVR to an FTP. Is there a way to tell it to delete files older than X amount of days? I called support and they told me to email rma@amcrest.com because it sounds like defective hardware. The HD sounds like it is stuck in a loop. I took the case off and see it is a seagate hard drive. Any chance I could just replace the hard drive? What would need to be installed to use a fresh HD? I...

I just installed a 4 channel 1080p cam system and I am playing around with the software. All 4 channels are set to record all the time which is fine.
