I just saw this, never got notified of a response. But, yeah still doing it. Actually, if I go into edit mode on my iPhone, the whole screen appears. I just crop a tiny piece and save it, then I have the whole screen. Totally not right. Also, the play back is soo low quality.

After recording a video from the Amcrest Viewpro, I download the video from my save files to photos on iPhone. The videos are not in full view. It’s like the format is cutting the view in half.

The photos that are downloaded are fine. Just the videos are in question
