Hard to say but with the ash line you are limited to what you can change in the cameras settings. I would pick one remove from any 3rd party hardware or software. Then do a factory reset and setup using Amcrest Smarthome app. Once setup see if color looks better then it did before reset. Then add b...

I had also hoped that the latest firmware update would correct the problem with delayed motion alarm recordings when using FTP. It doesn't. Motion alarms work perfectly when using an SD Card or Amcrest Cloud...but not with home storage using FTP. I've tried to test NAS but haven't been able to get ...

I do not want to use port 37777. It is just a personal preference. Is it possible (or not possible) to change the port to another port such as 37780 for example? If so, how?
