im having the same problem however it changes my smtp settings, and my motion detect settings and the time and date revert back to 1-1-2000. funny how it remembers some of my settings but restores others to out of the box settings. i am getting frustrated with this and no answers on the forum so far...

yeah but thats not how its supposed to work. there are multiple windows in the amcrestview app and when you log in, there is a check box to select both cameras. im hoping to get an answer here from someone who has been through this but if not i will have to call the tech support line i suppose.
