Thanks Melvin. That did the trick.
When I set it up originally, I had checked the MD&Alarm box (blue line), which I assumed covered both Motion & Alarm. Appears I was wrong in my assumption. Can you tell me what that check box is for?

I know this is an old thread, but I would like to reopen it, as I am having this same problem.

I get the email notifications on motion just fine, but there is not snapshot attachment.

I have 8 IP cameras (two IP2M-844 & six IP2M-842) connected to a 4108E NVR. One of the IP2M-844 cameras consistently cuts out when viewing the cameras via the IOS View Pro App. It does not appear that the camera cuts out in the web browser viewer, or on the monitor connected to the NVR. It only ...

I found that if you, write down the IP addresses of the cameras, then delete all of them under "remote", you can manually add them back in with the channel you want (one at a time). However, if you reboot the NVR for any reason it goes back and randomly assigns them again. I have had the c...
