how can i give my Amcrest HDSeries 720P a Fixed IP Addy with my arris router?

How long is Amcrest warranties good for?
i knocked mine over & it came apart.

great that worked but now it wants cam name & password, i don't remember what i named it. where can i find the name ?

trying to add s/n for cloud storage but it says s/n needs to be at least 18 characters long which it is but it still won't take it.

only ip i see is 192.168.0.x.

is there a very simple tutorial or video that can tell me how to view my camera from a computer online?
i don't have a cell phone.
