How do you set the motion detection parameters to eliminate detection for shadows on windy days when the trees are blowing. I'm new to this and am going crazy trying to figure out the correct sensitivity and threshold settings.

I have 2 cameras that use night vision and 1 of them looks perfect but the other looks like dust is constantly flying around and they are less than 5 feet apart from each other. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Any help would be much appreciated.
