My previous owner had NV4116E but I couldnot get the factory reset despite multiple times on phone with Amcrest. Finally I got a new NVR which is NV4116-A2. I see in this there is only 1 ethernet wire. I tried to follow web UI to add the camera but it is coming inactive. Not sure what is a missing p...

REcently saw this thread and I am struggling with factory rest. My device is NV4116E and I tried the factory reset button but it is not doing anything. I followed the steps of pressing the button and power shutdown and then restart. I Get the beep but again get an invalid password message.
