Re: Amcrest IP4M-1063EW-AI-V2 Auto Follow
So I've mounted the newly delivered Reolink Track Mix camera. I was aware of having to enable the RTSP and ONVIF options from an indoor Reolink I recently deployed. A few clicks and camera does exactly what I wanted. I've got to fine tune some additional settings but I'm good for now. Thanks so much...

Re: Amcrest IP4M-1063EW-AI-V2 Auto Follow
Note that the simple use case depicted by my screen shots of my last post were intended to simply test the camera's capabilities rather than being the final setup that I deploy. I appreciate your honesty concerning that setup. My home surveillance system consists of 18 cameras. While I've used PTZ c...

Re: Amcrest IP4M-1063EW-AI-V2 Auto Follow
I've already ordered another camera with "Tracking" in the name that should do what I need. However I'm still playing around with the 1063EW-AI to see if it is worth keeping or simply returning. Here is my setup. Screenshot 2024-10-24 at 8.08.32 AM.png Screenshot 2024-10-24 at 8.08.06 AM.p...

Re: Amcrest IP4M-1063EW-AI-V2 Auto Follow
I have tried the Tripwire and Intrusion AI rules and they will track people but only within the presets. They won’t follow someone outside the present to include the full PTZ range of the camera. I keep thinking I’m missing something real simple given the simplicity of my other less expensive Amcres...

Amcrest IP4M-1063EW-AI-V2 Auto Follow
I purchased the IP4M-1063EW-AI-V2 camera recently and am exploring its capabilities. Please see the photo below. Is it possible to have the camera move within the full range of its PTZ capabilities when someone walks through the camera's current view? For example, if someone exits the home, steps on...

Re: Live Feed Missing from WebUI Using Microsoft Edge
Are you using Edge in IE mode? I also tried using Edge without IE mode and had the same results of the Live feed not displaying. I guess I'll try removing the plugin and installing it again.

Re: Live Feed Missing from WebUI Using Microsoft Edge
I dug into Edge a bit more and found the settings when in IE mode. See below screen capture confirming that the Amcrest plugin is indeed installed.

Re: Live Feed Missing from WebUI Using Microsoft Edge
I was prompted to install the plug-in when I first connected to the camera in Microsoft Edge. I did indeed install the plug-in, restarted Edge and have confirmed its installation by examining the Webrec folder under Program Files (X86) folder. I’ve closed Edge several times and have confirmed I’m in...
