Bought a brand new IP5M from Amazon. Tried it with 2 different AC adapters. One with output of 12v @ 2 amps, another with 12v at 5 amps. Camera appeared to be DOA. No light, not noise, nothing. Called Amcrest support, tried the obvious reset, etc. No luck. Returned to Amazon, got a new one. Exact sa...

Bought brand new via Amazon. No noise or any other indication that it is receiving power. Out of abundance of caution, I ordered a brand new 12V, 5a adapter which will arrive tomorrow. But I don't think that's gonna solve the problem because neither my current adapter nor POE powered this up.
