Of course it starts working again now...

Last week, we replaced our 3 main Amcrest DVRs with new Hikvison recorders.

I will continue to monitor the remaining Amcrest systems (3) we still have in place.

Thanks to all who have posted and provided input to this thread.

I've attempted to connect several times over the past few days without success. I'm located in North East Texas between DFW & Tyler.

Has anyone else been able to connect using P2P?

I was hoping Amcrest might be alerted to our cause after 60 days of no connectivity.

Anyone?

Yes I saw that after the above post was composed... I might experiment with it to see if it makes any difference with system access.
I'll post my results bu0t I'm not too hopeful.

It does kinda' act like the MAC address is being blocked by the DVR... but occasionally albeit rare, it will display one or two random camera images while the others continue with the "failed to connect" message. It should be all or nothing if this was the case. Again, all works as anticip...

We have 10 members of our Church Safety Team that have access to view our Amcrest recorders... that's 10 different phones and service providers that all lost ability to view the images off site at the same time. As we continue to unravel this issue with our Amcrest systems... today we temporarily installed another brand NVR in place of one of our existing Amcrest DVRs in an effort to test our network and systems. Thanks again for the quick reply. All of our DVRs are less than 5 years old... and have been working well until recently. We are using AVP on all systems. Model # AMDVTENL-16 is typical of all units. Thank you for the reply. I did try to change Live View from Main to Extra (no sub option on my device) resulting in no change. We have rebooted phones/routers/DVRs/modems in all locations without success. The problem is very confusing to me as I'm unable to comprehend how 5 separate systems can all ...
