Re: Camera no longer moves up or down
The cam you listed was actually one of those on my list to purchase at some point; its also not a wireless one which I think is good given in my area of town we've had a growing number of thieves operating with wifi jammers (I've noticed that my wireless camera's are cutting out at least a couple ti...

Re: Camera no longer moves up or down
I guess I'll just replace it then with another camera, since the left/right still work I can repurpose it for another part of my property. Do you have any recommendations for cam's to replace this one with?

Re: Camera no longer moves up or down
US here, and not sure what you mean by 850 and such; the cam I have is an ASH47-W. As for it being under warranty, can't be sure, bought it off amazon in September of last year.

Camera no longer moves up or down
After a huge storm here in Vegas (Wind Storm) I've noticed that one of my PTZ camera's will no longer move up and down, it'll go left and right just fine, but not up or down. I've tried reset it, just to see if that helped, nothing. Redoing the settings doesn't work either. I'm wondering if perhaps ...

Re: Camera disconnects when using PTZ
It was, also just replaced the wiring (it was already new, but changed it anyway) I also checked to see if it was perhaps related to distance (my furthest camera uses a 200 foot Cat6 cable, which is the one that is always having the disconnect problem) but didn't seem to matter, 6 feet or 200 feet, ...

Re: Camera disconnects when using PTZ
I'll do that then, one other thing I have to ask; I thought I mentioned it in the first post but I realized I didn't: would you know what is causing the live playback to be slow? Tried different bit rates to see if it mattered but it doesn't seem to matter.

Re: Camera disconnects when using PTZ
So it seems to have fixed the wireless ones, but the wired ones are still doing it; something else I noticed is that when it disconnects, all of the settings I had on it (like IVS, tripwire, etc) get deleted requiring me to redo them.

Camera disconnects when using PTZ
So I have four IP5M-1190W that are connected into a NV4108E-A2; one of the problems I've been having from the very start is that every so often when I try and use the PTZ function on a camera, it causes said camera to disconnect. Sometimes I'll get an error where it failed to find network host. Or, ...
