I had the same problem as everyone else with UAC preventing Surveillance Pro from opening. To me it look like the certificate is out of date and Microsoft just now prevented it from opening. I began receiving the same error yesterday also. UAC could be blocking it because of an expired certificate. If that is the case then Amcrest needs to fix it or we can disable UAC which is something I would rather not do.
