This is what worked for me to disable mechanical chime. Again, a word caution about chaging values via the web-api but I've done this on my own AD110 without issues. You have to set ExternalDoorBell.Enable=false AND set ExternalDoorBell.Type=0. So: http://<ip address of ad110>/cgi-bin/configManager...
