What is the most connection-stable firmware for the AD410?
Which firmware version for the AD410 maintains the most stable connection to wifi? My ad410 drops wifi and reconnects multiple times per hour, and it's less than 20ft from a unifi wifi access point. None of my other devices have a similar problem. I recall reading somewhere that one particular firmw...

Re: New Firmware for AD110 and AD410 Available
What is the consensus on the best firmware version(s) for the AD410? I ask because I'm running 230810 but it frequently drops its wifi connection (though it is very close to a Unifi AC Pro hotspot and reports that it gets good signal). I'm pulling an RTSP stream from it using Frigate in HomeAssistan...

Re: Ad410, does not ring mechanical chime
I may have found the problem thanks to another thread on this forum . Looks like I needed to add #backchannel=0 to the end of an RTSP stream that was accessing my doorbell (Frigate on Home Assistant). It seems that without this, a recently updated version of Frigate and RTSP enables the backchannel ...

Re: Ad410, does not ring mechanical chime
My AD410 worked for almost a year with two mechanical chimes, and with no changes to the device that I am aware of. Then one day it just stopped working. Would no longer respond to doorbell press by sending a notification to my phone nor by ringing the mechanical chimes. Since then I have reset the ...

Re: Ad410, does not ring mechanical chime
Thank you for the great suggestions. I just factory reset the doorbell and re added the chime, unfortunately the same result. I used a multimeter on every cable to see if there was a issue anywhere. The transformer, the chime and the doorbell are all getting power. I thought that maybe the chime ki...

AD410 RTSP Streams
Hi, what is the right address for the RTSP main stream and substream on the AD410? I have an AD410 doorbell and am using Frigate on Home Assistant. The default main stream is 2560x1920 resolution and the default substream is 720x576 resolution. I'd like to use the substream for detection in Frigate ...

Re: AD410 with Mechanical Chime not playing nice
Ensure that the chime is getting enough power. The buzzing sound you reference may indicate underpowered. Also check wiring and identify individual wires at both ends (you can use a 9v battery at one end and a multimeter at the other end to do this). This was part of my initial setup problem, but I ...

Re: AD410 with two mechanical chimes
OK, it looks like my house had a couple issues that I had to address to get the AD410 working properly with two chimes. 1) My transformer was only 16V 10va. I replaced this with a 16V 30va transformer. 2) The electrician had wired the two doorbell chimes in series instead of in parallel. (I think th...

AD410 with two mechanical chimes
Hello, My house has two mechanical chimes. I've just purchased an AD410 because its product description says it "is compatible with existing traditional mechanical and electronic digital chimes". However, when I install it and its chime module, it will faintly ring the first mechanical chi...
