The 4:3 images (640x480 and 5MP) appear correct, but the 1080p image appears stretched horizontally. I guess the camera is taking a 4:3 image and stretching/scaling it to fit the requested 16...

*my issue was not the rotation issue, but 16:9 video being squashed (4:3 stretched horizontally to 16:9)

I have the same issue. If you select a 4:3 resolution (like the camera's default 2592x1944 - a 4:3 video format), the picture looks correct (no distortion.) If you select a 16:9 video format (1080p, 720p, or 2688x1520), the resulting picture looks slightly squashed, as you pictured. This is disappoi...
