Cannot Download a Snapshot from My Saved Files
I can see snapshots within My Saved Files. I can select one from the list. But there is no "save/download" icon at bottom-middle of screen. Just a share and delete icon. But the save/download icon shows for videos within My Saved Files. How do I download a snapshot? Ver 4.2.024 on Samsung ...

Just putting this out there again! It's been years. Do we have import and export functionality yet? Did you ever find a solution for this? Or a workaround? My cameras are far away in another state and I'm not able to be there for a month or two. Any ideas how I get the app in my new phone configure...
